Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling with Inspire Excellence Academy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership
1.1 All participants must hold a valid Inspire Excellence Academy Annual Club Membership, currently £26 per year, payable upon joining, then every August
1.2 All participants must also hold a valid British Gymnastics Community Membership, currently £26 per year, which must be purchased directly through British Gymnastics.
1.3 Participation in classes is conditional upon both memberships remaining valid throughout the year.

2. Class Fees
2.1 Inspire Excellence Academy operates for 38 weeks per year during school term time.
2.2 Annual tuition fees are divided into 11 equal monthly instalments, with no payment collected in August.
2.3 Monthly fees remain the same regardless of the number of sessions taking place within any individual month.
2.4 Fees must be paid by the agreed monthly payment date.
3. Late Payments
3.1 Any payment that remains outstanding 7 days after the due date will incur a £10 late payment fee.
3.2 Inspire Excellence Academy reserves the right to suspend participation in classes where fees remain unpaid.
3.3 Persistent non-payment may result in cancellation of membership and referral of any outstanding balance for recovery.
4. Cancellation by Members
4.1 Members wishing to cancel their place must provide a minimum of one callender month's written notice.
4.2 Written notice must be received before the 26th day of the month for cancellation to take effect at the end of that month.
4.3 Notice received on or after the 26th will take effect from the end of the following month, and the next monthly payment will remain payable.
4.4 Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to:

4.5 Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation and does not remove the obligation to pay fees until the notice period has been completed.
5. Cancelled Sessions
5.1 If Inspire Excellence Academy is required to cancel a class due to circumstances within its control, a suitable replacement session will be offered wherever reasonably possible.
5.2 Replacement sessions must be attended within the period advised by the club and cannot be exchanged for refunds or credits unless required by law.
6. Missed Classes
6.1 Fees are payable regardless of attendance.
6.2 Refunds or credits will not be provided for classes missed due to holidays, illness, personal commitments or any other absence outside the club's control.
7. Changes to Timetable or Fees
7.1 Inspire Excellence Academy reserves the right to amend class times, venues, coaching staff and fees where necessary.
7.2 Members will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes wherever possible.
8. Agreement
By enrolling with Inspire Excellence Academy, members (or the parent/guardian of a member under 18 years of age) confirm that they have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING - Please note that to help promote and evaluate club activities, there may be filming and photography at some sessions which may be used in publicity materials e.g. leaflets, newsletters or on official websites.
Participants' Code of Conduct
We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all our members. The club believes it is important that members, coaches, administrators and parents associated with the club should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. Therefore, members are encouraged to be open at all times and share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with the nominated Welfare Officer.
As a member of Inspire Trampoline Academy you are expected to abide by the following club rules:
· All members must participate within the rules and respect coaches, judges and their decisions
· All members must respect opponents and fellow club members
· Members should keep to agreed timings for training and competitions or inform their coach, if they are going to be late
· Members must wear suitable attire for training and events as agreed with the coach. Keep all long hair tied back. Remove all body jewellery
· Members must pay any fees for training or events promptly
· Members must not smoke, consume alcohol or take drugs of any kind whilst representing the club at competitions or other events
· Members should treat all equipment with respect
· Members must inform the head coach of any injuries or illness they may have before the warm-up begins
· Members should not eat or chew gum during a session
· Members must not use bad language
· Members should remain with coaches at the end of a session until collected by their parent or guardian. Any late children collected will be charged

Parent / Guardian Code of Conduct
· Encourage your child to learn the rules and participate within them
· Discourage challenging / arguing with officials
· Publicly accept officials’ judgements
· Help your child to recognise good performance, not just results
· Set a good example by recognising good sportsmanship and applauding the good performances of all
· Never force your child to take part in sport
· Always ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the activity and is hydrated
· Keep the club informed if your child is ill or unable to attend sessions
· Endeavour to establish good communications with the club, coaches and officials for the benefit of all
· Share any concerns or complaints about any aspect of the club through the approved channels
· Use correct and proper language at all times
· Never punish or belittle a child for poor performance or making mistakes
· Always collect your child promptly at the end of a session
· Support your child’s involvement and help them to enjoy their sport
